Direction to use:
Wet Wash:
Dilute the concentrate in water, see guidance below:
• Light to moderate soils: Dilute 1-part of CH511C with 5 to 15 parts of the water.
• Heavy soils: Dilute 1-part of CH511C with 2 to 5 parts of the water.

Dry Wash:
For best results, dilute 1-part CH511C with 20-40 parts of water.
(At airline discretion)
Apply on sections with a cloth or cleaning tool. Allow up to 5 minutes in heavily soiled areas before wiping with a clean cloth. Replace the cloth when saturated.​

Stripper
Callington CH8930 is a thickened non-flammable, neutral phenolic paint stripper for the removal of epoxy, polyurethane and other chemically resistant coatings, including primers and base coats on aircraft surfaces.

• Non-flammable neutral phenolic paint stripper
• Removes epoxy and 2 pack coatings, including primer and base coats
• Heavy bodied, viscous material - clings to vertical and inverted surfaces

• Non-corrosive to aluminium, cadmium, high strength steel and all aircraft metal surfaces

APPLICATION:
Precaution: CH8930 is damaging to acrylics, most plastics, and composites. Avoid contact to prevent damage.
1. Clean any soiled or oily surfaces prior to stripping.
2. Mask off all Perspex, plastic, and rubber components.
3. To avoid unnecessary evaporation, carry out stripping operation away from direct sunlight or wind.
4. Apply CH8930 by spray or brush. For spraying, use a Graco barrel pump or equivalent.
5. Once paint film has blistered, agitate area with stiff bristle brush if necessary and then rinse off with high pressure water or scrape and rinse off.
